Model processes with yEd Graph, specify user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases in Jira, and coordinate implementation with the development team in Kyiv. The solution supported SEPA B2B direct debits with mandates and credit card payments.

Analyse processes across four organisational units and model a shared workflow in Enterprise Architect. Create the domain and database model, including DDL scripts, specify user stories and test cases in Team Foundation Server, and test implemented functions. The web application linked registration, resource reservation, approval and closure of test initiatives with the management of test users, permissions and software clients simulating workstations. Oracle and SQL Server data were integrated.
